I know we have the whole log in notifications when people log on but I think it would be nice if we had log out notifications as well. There has been plenty of times when I wrote quicknotes or private quicknotes people, and they appears to be online according to the loggin list but they have already left, so what does everyone else think of this suggestion
I agree! I think someone mentioned this before!!! That's happened too many times to count for me!
it's a great idea chris, but it's been shot down so many times before, something tells me that it'll exist soon enough
I think it's a good suggestion; however, it's been brought up before, and nothing happened as you can see.
So, I guess we'll just have to wait and see, again.

The trouble is, not everyone logs out. They simply go off to do something else without entering on the log off link. So their name stays up their for 10 minutes I think it is. I don't know if there is anything the admin can do about that. They can't force people to log off instead of just turning off their computer or walking away.
yep this has been brought up before and it would be quite annoying Lol
I understand how folks feel, that's why when I did have quicknotes on, I started logging out instead of just leaving the site, because when that happens, it looks like the person just stopped answering you purposely, so I started logging out before I left the site.

In case you missed it, one of the changes we just made was when you send a private QN and they leave and don't log off, they'll be shown the note the next time they log in.

what if you log out and before you do, someone sends you a message. say you go to the main page write a QN and then reave. someone responds, but you aren't there.
